Our spinach we planted last year continues to produce for us and we reward it by putting in in fresh juices, salads or sauteeing it with garlic. Yum.
This year my Swede is planning to yield even bigger harvests and he added broccoli and other crunchy vegetables to the mix. Oh, Brussels sprouts and cauliflower, I think.
It’s on! We’re still growing food. And you know what? It is true. Fresh tastes so much better than anything available in the grocery stores.
