Bisca is another company doing business in Sweden with excellent customer service response time to email inquiries. They are based in Denmark. I sent an email late Friday asking for info and they came back to me the next business day. Since this in the Nice things happen to me in Sweden series I won’t harp about the other companies that just never respond. That is a list for a different blog.

Another Swedish company with good customer service
Another quick response from a Swedish company. I emailed them on Saturday for an ingredients list and received it on Monday. I had forgotten to ask about the nutritional make up and got that response in 5 minutes. Companies with excellent customer service make marketing research a lot easier.

My Swede’s god brother, wife and two kids joined us for a day and night in Frillesås, and his old freinds were in town for an art opening so he invited them for dinner and to stay the night too. The result:

Every year we see some of my Swede’s childhood friends when we are in Frillesås. We try to eat a meal with them and this year was no exception.
